Le Case del Borgo

Staying at Le Case del Borgo is a purely authentic Tuscan cultural experience where you can enjoy the surroundings of the beautiful natural environment of the Chianti Hills. Seven individual Tuscan farmhouses, ranging from one bedroom cottages to large two bedroom houses, and seven luxurious suites in two large farm buildings make up Le Case del Borgo. So as to ensure you indulge in a complete Italian experience, all of the houses and suites have outside areas designed for "al fresco" dining, some with covered patios or pergolas and some with outdoor Jacuzzis. All of the houses have been lovingly and carefully restored to capture the traditional feeling of simple Tuscan country houses, while still guaranteeing luxury and modern comforts.

Your Tuscan experience at Le Case del Borgo is paramount and the restaurant is at the property's very heart with "Tuscan Mammas" taking charge of the kitchen each day. Using recipes and cooking methods that have been proudly preserved by many generations before them, the Tuscan Mammas are women of the Ambra Valley who take their pots and pans, their products and their recipes to the kitchen at Le Case del Borgo. Mammas can even come and prepare your evening meal in your house during your stay - a wonderful treat.

Immersed in the Chianti vineyards in a region famous for its wine, it seems only natural that the private spa suite features specially developed wine therapy spa treatments. Using red wine and only natural ingredients, guests can take advantage of the beneficial effects of the anti-oxidants found in the active ingredients of red grapes and red wine.

Within a two hour drive from several airports in the area, getting to the Case del Borgo is easy. And staying there? La Dolce Vita.
