In the heart of the Palm Forest, 15 minutes from the celebrated Jamaa el Fna Square and 10
minutes from the golf courses, this villa will introduce the magic of the Orient to you.
The decoration combines tradition in its materials and modernism in its dimensions. The spirit of
the villa Maha is a sublime mix of Orient meets Occident.
Behind the two heavy ancient sculpted doors, you will discover the main lounge with its 12m high
golden-leafed dome affording an excellent quality of sound from the grand piano. The lounges are
presented furnished with hand made furniture and objets d’art from around the world. Fire places
add also to the magical atmosphere. All these rooms face the park and feature an outdoor gallery
with fireplace for after dinner drinks.
The dining room is lit by Venetian Murano glass and can welcome up to 12 guests. The library offers
a high tech home cinema and fire place.
The villa provides two suites and three bedrooms, all with an ensuite bathroom, a dressing room
and air conditioning. The location of the rooms offers different views of the Atlas Mountains or the
Palm Forest. Each bedroom is unique, with different colours, decoration and furniture, but all of
them respect the traditional Moroccan style whilst offering all the modern comforts.
The swimming pool is 25m long in a garden of 1.4 acres with palm trees, bougainvilleas, jasmine,
orange and fig trees and a rose garden offering an enchantment of scents and colours. At the end
of the park, a vegetable garden allows the chef to prepare meals with organic home-grown
vegetables.
A Moresque pavillion invites you to relax along an Andalusian basin and the Caïdale tent will
welcome nature lovers for an even more traditional Moroccan experience.
On the 500m2 roof terrace of the villa, a hanging garden of bougainvilleas invites you to relax over
Moroccan mint tea or dinner whilst enjoying the sunset behind the Atlas Mountains.
The rates at this property range from £530 to £770 for a weeks rental depending on the time of year.
